2. What’s the difference between One Glow and contractors / individual designers/studios?

 

One Glow brings you the complete end-to-end home design service using world-class technology. Imagine going to 10 different places for let’s say choosing materials, finishes, and colour, painting, carpenters and so on. At One Glow, we give you everything you’ll need from choosing the materials, finishes, designing to installations with reliable warranties to great after-sale services.

4. What kind of space does One Glow design?

We build interiors for all residential homes, be it small or big, apartments or independent homes or villas. 

 

5.What if I just need to get a part of my home designed?

No problem at all, we can work with you to design a part of your home, be it your modular kitchen or your living room or bedrooms, or bathrooms. However, we suggest you get in touch with a designer to get a definite answer, based on your unique scope of work.

6. Who will work on my One Glow home project?

One Glow is proud of its in-house design and service partners, who will create a world-class design, deliver your finished product, and install it. When you book our design service, you’ll be connected with a designer who will be your single point of contact throughout your design journey. Your designer will subsequently help select a suitable service partner for your home interiors project.

 

7. Can I choose or change the interior designer for my project?

We understand choosing a designer requires a lot of hassle i.e., research, assessment, and vetting. One Glow takes all that headache from you so that you can focus on getting your dream home designed.

 

8. Does One Glow undertake civil work?

9. Who will undertake the installation of my home interiors?

Our trusted community of service partners is audited on 34 stringent parameters, including quality, adherence to timelines, costing, craftsmanship etc. Our partners are handpicked from thousands of small and big contractors/ vendors in every city we operate in.

 

10. How do I schedule my first design consultation?

11. I have submitted the online consultation form. When will I get a call from a One Glow designer?

Now that you have filled up the form, our designer will reach out to you within a couple of working days.

 

12. What is One Glow design facility?

One Glow Design facility is where your dream home interiors are brought to reality. Walk into a Design facility to experience your future unique home interiors. 13. What are your Design facility timings?

14. Do I need an appointment to visit the design facility?

Yes, you need an appointment to visit One Glow Design facility. We want to give you a personalized service when you visit our state-of-the-art design facility, so click here to book your appointment.

 

15. What if I want to choose the material, and finishes before making a booking?

Absolutely no problem. Our state-of-the-art Design facility located in Gurgaon is equipped with a huge variety of designs, and a vast library of materials to choose from and finishes to help you understand how One Glow can transform your home interiors, and book us once you have full clarity.

 

16. How much time will it take to design my home?

Our designers work at a pace suited best for you and your home. Design time can depend on a lot of factors; choosing the products and finishes, number of iterations, your availability, response time, etc. At One Glow, we give you the freedom to share feedback and iterate designs several times. Invariably, it can impact the overall duration of your project. Hence, to get your final designs faster, while your designer would do their best, we would also request for your continued support.

 

17. How much time will it take to install my home interiors?

At One Glow, we make sure your project is completed on time as promised. Once your design is finalised, the order is placed, and we move to the execution stage, your designer will share a detailed schedule of the installation timeline.

Return, Exchange & Refund

At the time of delivery of your finished interiors, if you receive a damaged or defective product, or if it simply doesn’t match with your original specifications, One Glow rectifies or replaces the item if needed.

How do I request a return?

Please write to us at care@One Glow.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.

 

What is the 72-hour inspection policy?

Once you place a return request with us, we will make sure that our executive visits your site and inspect the product. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be initiated in just 72 hours.

 

How much time will it take to get a replacement?

Once your return request is accepted, the time for the replacement to reach you may vary from product to product. Our Customer Relationship Manager will keep you informed at all times, and we will make all efforts to make your new product reach you very soon.

FAQs

1. When can I expect a response to my issue?

You can expect a response within 24 hours. You will also get clear communication on next steps.

 

2. What happens after I raise an issue?

Once you raise an issue an Online Design Consultant gets notified. After analyzing it internally, our representative calls you within 48 hours, to either initiate a resolution or ask for more information. Internal teams would then be notified, who would deep dive into the same and come up with a resolution. 

 

3. How can I escalate the issue further?

4. How long will it take to resolve my issue?

We try to reach a resolution at the earliest. However, the average time frame could vary and largely depends on the complexity of the problem you’re facing.
